Our Tipis

Get back to Nature by booking one of our two authentic tipis situated in private woodland on an isolated part of the 3000 acre Broxtead Estate, surrounded by heaths and farmland on the heritage coast.

The tipis stand on large wooden decks in two separate locations. Each has a fire hearth inside for cosy nights under canvas sleeping up to eight adults. The deck extends to a BBQ area with fire pit for cooking and heating water in the large kettle provided. Seasoned wood is supplied.

PLEASE BRING: Sleeping bags and beds, camping chairs, cooking equipment, food and drink, First Aid Kit, torches/lights, binoculars & bird-book, protective gloves, cycles and walking boots.

We provide you with drinking water, firewood, fire extinguisher, and toilet roll. The lavatory facility known as ”the long drop” is a fine piece of equipment if used correctly but there are no shower facilities.
